By downloading or using xROUTEx, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. Description of Service

xROUTEx provides AI-powered travel planning tools including itinerary generation, route mapping, budget tracking, and a conversational AI assistant.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Credits & Subscriptions

Free users receive 3 AI plan generations per day. Credits can be earned by watching rewarded ads (up to 3/day, +2 credits each) or purchased via in-app purchase. Premium subscriptions are billed monthly or annually via the App Store or Google Play. All purchases are final unless required by applicable law.

5. AI-Generated Content

xROUTEx uses DeepSeek AI to generate travel suggestions. These are recommendations only. We are not responsible for inaccuracies in AI-generated content, closures, or changes to attractions. Always verify with official sources.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, xROUTEx shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

7. Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
