We collect: (a) Account information — name, email address, and password hash you provide during registration; (b) Travel preferences — nationality, age, travel type, and interests you enter during onboarding; (c) Trip data — destinations, dates, itineraries, and expenses you create within the app; (d) Usage data — feature usage patterns to improve our AI recommendations.

2. How We Use Your Information

Your data is used to: generate AI-powered travel itineraries using the DeepSeek API; provide personalized recommendations based on your Travel DNA profile; improve the accuracy of our routing and planning algorithms; communicate account and subscription updates.

3. Third-Party Services

xROUTEx uses the following third-party services: DeepSeek (AI generation) — data is sent to DeepSeek's API per their privacy policy; OpenStreetMap / Nominatim / OSRM — location queries are subject to OSM's usage policy; Open-Meteo — weather queries are anonymous; Google Mobile Ads — ad identifiers are processed per Google's privacy policy; Apple App Store / Google Play — payment data is processed by the respective platform.

4. Data Storage & Security

Trip data and account information are stored on secure servers. Passwords are hashed using bcrypt and never stored in plain text. Authentication uses short-lived JWT access tokens. Your data is never sold to third parties.

5. Your Rights

You may request deletion of your account and all associated data by contacting us at the email below. You may access and export your trip data from the app at any time.

6. Children's Privacy

xROUTEx is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
